Zenvus Smartfarm is an intelligent electronics sensor which when inserted in a farm soil collects pertinent data like humidity, temperature, pH, moisture, nutrients etc and wirelessly transmits the data to a cloud server where advanced computational models help to make sense of what is happening on the farm. Powered with solar with a battery capacity that can last for days, a farmer interacts with the hardware data via our free Zenvus Web App which is both desktop- and mobile-friendly. Connectivity is made possible via WIFI, GSM and Satellite with a provision for manual data collection with microSD card. It has in-built GPS and compass to help validate and authenticate the locations of farms making them utilize Zenvus services like zCapital, zInsure, etc.
Smartfarm | from Ideation to Product
For large farms, a farmer will need to support a Zenvus Master sensor with Zenvus Node sensors. Together, the sensors form a mesh network with the Master as the data exit point where all data collected in the farm passes. Only the Master will consume mobile credits in that scenario.
A group of node sensors uses only one Master sensor to pass data out of the farm.
